Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Mayra Digital Institute, we are committed to providing our students with the best possible learning experience. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have created the following refund and cancellation policy to address such situations.

 

Policy A: Digital Marketing Courses

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a Digital Marketing course, you must notify us at least 7 days before the start date of the course as per institute policy.

​

Withdrawal Policy:

​

If you attend the first two classes of the course and do not see the value you expected, you can request a 100% refund – no questions asked. However, once you have attended more than two classes, you will not be eligible for any refund.

 

Transfer Policy:

​

You are free to change your batch at any point in time before the course commencement date, at no extra charge.

We do not allow admission transfers from one learner to another.

​

If for any reason you are unable to continue or complete the course, we would be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

At Mayra Digital Institute, we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality. As with everything we do, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your course, please let us know, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Policy B pertains to all Self-Paced Programs or E-Learning Programs provided by Mayra Digital Institute.

To extend access to an e-learning program also known as online tutoring, customers must contact Mayra Digital Institute via email at connectus@mayradigitalinstitute.com. The maximum extension period allowed is one month, and for extensions beyond this, the customer must pay 50% of the course price.

 

Customers must notify Mayra Digital Institute by email at connectus@mayradigitalinstitute.com of any cancellation, rescheduling, or substitution requests. Refunds will not be given if the customer has accessed and downloaded the course material. Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance. Mayra Digital Institute reserves the right to modify its refund policy without prior notice, but any changes will not apply to transactions that have already occurred.

 

If a customer fails to provide written notice of cancellation or rescheduling or does not attend the training, they will not be eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule. Mayra Digital Institute may also cancel or reschedule a course at any time. However, Mayra Digital Institute will not be liable for any damages that may result from such cancellations or rescheduling, including direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages.
